30 DAY WARRANTY ON EXCLUSIVE AUTO PARTS

This warranty covers damaged parts as well as products that were delivered erroneously. A parts-only warranty is available.

ANY PART SOLD BY EXCLUSIVE AUTO PARTS IS NOT COVERED FOR LABOR COSTS.

If the part is defective, we will first try to replace it; if this is not possible, we will give a refund for the entire purchase price. If a reorder is placed before the first part is returned, we will charge for the second part and reimburse the first order when the first part is returned. The cost of return postage will not be repaid. Please offer a comprehensive explanation as to why the part is being returned when contacting Exclusive Auto Parts. If a part is returned that does not meet the warranty’s specifications, Exclusive Auto Parts maintains the right to charge a 25% restocking fee and deduct shipping costs from the refund. Exclusive Auto Parts is not responsible for items delivered to the address provided at the time of sale and not taken into possession by the client, as evidenced by tracking information. Items ordered for ‘testing purposes only’ or improperly ordered by the customer are not returnable. Before ordering a part, check with a mechanic or an auto part expert to make sure it’s the right one. We do a fantastic job of shipping accurate parts, but we would ask that you, our customer, do your homework before purchase. Items that are returned after the warranty period have expired will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender. To be accepted, parts must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping delivery date.

The exceptions listed below will either nullify a warranty or are exceptions to our usual 30-day warranty.

We only guarantee the long block because engines are complete assemblies that include manifolds, oil pans, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor. The manifolds, gaskets, seals, hoses, oil pan, timing belts and covers, as well as the fuel injection and carburetor, are not included. Turbos, starters, air compressors, alternators, power steering pumps, optical distributors, and electrical water pumps, for example, are normally not included or covered under warranty when an engine is sold or warranted. These parts will be covered by warranty if purchased individually. The water pump, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires, and even the timing chain are all parts that may need to be changed. Because these parts are classified high-wear parts, Exclusive Auto Parts will not be held liable. Clusters of Instruments and Speedometers: Mileage is not guaranteed. Customers will be forced to take the cluster to a dealership to have the unit reprogrammed for specific automobiles, including but not limited to Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac. Exclusive Auto Parts will not accept any units for return or refund unless the customer can show documented documentation from an Authorized Dealer demonstrating that the part was reprogrammed and is still not working properly.

Carburetors: We only guarantee that they can be rebuilt. Only normal use can cause rotors to become slightly bent, thus they are assured to be machinable. They’ll be free of cracks and non-machinable surface damage for a lifetime.

The Heads of the Cylinders are guaranteed not to be deformed or cracked. It’s possible that rings and valves will need to be re-machined. “Block Only” (Short or Long Block) orders are guaranteed to be rebuildable.

Engine computers and body control modules, transmission modules, and transfer case modules, for example, are only guaranteed to have the exact manufacturer component number and are not offered for testing reasons. All electrical components come with a one-year replacement warranty. In order to fix a non-working module, up to one replacement will be given. The dealer may need to reset the modules. If this is necessary, the part cannot be returned until the dealer confirms that it has been properly reset. No refunds will be given for electrical parts that have been altered in any way.

Struts are only sold with a one-year warranty if they are in good operating order. We do not guarantee the shocks or springs’ actual riding quality. The springs and strut tower are guaranteed to be in good operating order. Shocks, on the other hand, may need to be updated in order to improve ride quality. The control arms will always be true and straight. Control arms with rubber bushings or non-metal parts are not guaranteed. Parts like bushings and ball joints are not warranted.

Transmissions: We promise that it will shift properly, that the gears will be in good condition, and that the bearings will be in good condition. Before assembling the transmission, thoroughly clean all components, including the oil pan. In all automatic gearboxes, the oil and filter should be replaced. Prior to installation, you must replace ALL seals and gaskets. Coolers and lines should be flushed and flow tested. In the front pump, fully engage the torque converter. You’ll need to replace the clutch, pressure plate, and slave cylinder on a manual transmission. Prior to installation, make sure your flywheel is spun. To ensure proper levels, fill and check the fluid. Turbocharger seals are not guaranteed to be excellent. During the warranty term, these seals may need to be replaced.

Although doors are full assemblies, they may or may not have accessories such as windows, window regulators, handles, hinges, or interior panels. Only the door shell is guaranteed. Hinges, hood ornaments, latches, trim, headlights, and grilles are not guaranteed to come with other body parts such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, and header panels. Although specific colours for body components might be requested, a colour match cannot be guaranteed. Body parts should be repainted to match the colour of your vehicle. Because of this, body pieces that do not match the colour of your car will not be returnable.

Return Policy Items that have been modified or disassembled for testing purposes are not returnable. Items that are not the same as the ones that were shipped will not be reimbursed. PARTS ARE IDENTIFIED UNIQUELY BY MARKINGS ON THEM. Items returned that are not in the same condition as when they were shipped (with the exception of items that were damaged in transit and were verified by an Exclusive Auto Parts representative) will not be refunded.

To verify an issue with a specific item or installation, ALL PROBLEMS MUST BE IN WRITING through MAIL, EMAIL.

Please contact our customer service department if you receive a broken or incorrect part. DO NOT RETURN THE PART UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN RMA. The customer is responsible for returning the part, and Exclusive Auto Parts must be given a return tracking number when the item is returned. Within 7 business days after receiving the RMA, the item must be returned. When we are contacted, we will send the return address. After receiving an RMA, parts must be returned to the location address specified. Items returned to Exclusive Auto Parts will be forwarded at the customer’s cost to the correct address stated on the RMA instructions. We would gladly give a full refund on the original purchase price or send a new part once the item is returned. When the item is returned, it will be inspected and a credit request will be sent to accounting if it is approved. Once the returned part has been verified and examined, the customer will receive a refund.
